VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Leases have been signed to fill a large vacancy left by the old Bed Bath & Beyond at Town Center of Virginia Beach, according to a local developer.
Armada Hoffler said two new leases have been signed at Columbus Village in Town Center, which will bring a 14,000-square-foot grocery store and a 19,000-square-foot national sporting goods retailer.
