STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — An out-of-town driver who police said was found with a loaded gun on New Year’s Day in Rosebank is due back in court in March for sentencing, records show.
Brandon Parker, 32, of Thomas Circle in Portsmouth, Virginia, pleaded guilty Jan. 13 before Judge Raja Rajeswari in Criminal Court to misdemeanor criminal possession of a weapon.
