CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT) – A man has been charged with murder after a 15-year-old girl was found shot to death inside a car over the weekend.
On March 2, shortly after midnight, Chesterfield officers were called to the 6300 block of Pewter Avenue for the report of a person shot.
