NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — A man was found dead at the scene after a pedestrian-vehicle crash on Tuesday night, police said.
Newport News police responded around 7:50 p.m. to the area of Ivy Farms Road and Jefferson Avenue in reference to a pedestrian being struck by a vehicle.
Upon arrival, they located a man who was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the vehicle stayed on scene and the NNPD Crash Team is currently investigating the incident…
