VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A suspect for the homicide in Virginia Beach that led to a multi-jurisdictional car chase is pleading not guilty in court on Friday.
According to authorities, 42-year-old Deric Lee shot and killed 63-year-old Regina Banks Wednesday night.
