Rounding out a 28-city international tour, comedian Shane Gillis will take the stage at Norfolk’s Scope on Saturday.
Gillis is riding out the fame of Netflix specials, appearances in Super Bowl commercials, a podcast that racks tens of thousands of monthly listeners, and getting fired from and later returning to host “Saturday Night Live.” His March return to SNL prompted mixed responses online, albeit an unavoidable amount of them, particularly surrounding his “CouplaBeers” sketch.
