Suffolk schools reviewing protocols after elementary schooler got off on wrong stop

SUFFOLK, Va. — Suffolk Public Schools are reviewing school bus safety protocols after a young student got off at the wrong stop.

At this time, pre-k and kindergarten students must have a parent or guardian present during drop-off. However, after an elementary school student got off at the wrong bus stop, school officials are reevaluating their protocols.
