HAMPTON, Va. — Starting as early as Monday, a traffic shift will impact drivers heading east on Interstate 64 near Hampton Roads Center Parkway.
The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) said one eastbound lane will close near the interchange, reducing interstate traffic to three lanes. Traffic will also shift over to the right toward the outside of the road, as the lane set to close is on the inside.
A westbound traffic shift in the same area has been delayed until later this year. However, this shift is similar to those currently in place at nearby J. Clyde Morris Boulevard in both directions…
