PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Two men have been arrested in connection to a shooting Wednesday afternoon, according to the Portsmouth Police Department.
Police responded to the 2400 block of Deep Creek Boulevard after receiving reports of shots fired. Authorities say 45-year-old Dominique Mack and 35-year-old Montae Bowser were caught on security cameras shooting at each other.
