NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Police in Norfolk are investigating an early morning shooting.
According to dispatch, officers were called to the 900 block of Goochland Street around 2 a.m. for the report of a shooting. When officers arrived on scene, they found a man who had been shot.
He was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries…
