SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A Suffolk General District Court judge did not find enough evidence to certify charges of attempted murder, strangulation and abduction in connection to a January incident that ended with a police shooting.
Anthony Bonds, who is representing himself in court, was facing a litany of felony charges in the case.
