HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — The City of Hampton will be holding a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday afternoon to celebrate the new playground at Buckroe Beach.
According to a release, the ceremony is expected to begin at 3 p.m. Officials said all of the equipment at the old playground, which was over 20 years old, has been replaced after receiving input from residents.
