PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Portsmouth Marine Police confirmed with 10 On Your Side a body was found in the Thursday morning boat fire in the Elizabeth River.

Officials said the body has been taken to the medial office for identification and autopsy. Foul play has not been ruled out, according to the marine police.
