SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Two adults and a child are without a home and four cats and a dog have died after a fire to a home on Porterfield Lane in Suffolk Thursday night, Suffolk Fire & Rescue said.

The mobile home-style home sustained heavy fire damage, and two vehicles were also damaged in the fire. Suffolk Fire & Rescue said an exposure residence sustained thermal heat damage. No one was injured.
The fire was to a home in the 1400 block of Porterfield Lane, and when the first firefighters arrived at 9 p.m., they found a mobile home-style home with heavy fire and smoke showing from the entire structure…
