NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — For days on WAVY-TV 10, the name of the victim in a horrific homicide that took place in the early morning hours of July 20 was not known, and it was referred to as the Brambleton Avenue case.

Days later, family members reached out to 10 On Your Side’s Regina Mobley to let her know Stephanie Branch, 55, a mother and sister, was the Brambleton Avenue victim.
“It’s just not right. We just want justice, ” said Tracy Williams, who grew up with Branch and the rest of her family.
At God’s Prepared Word, a small “storefront church,” a dozen loved ones prepared a book of complaints aimed at Norfolk Police.
“We have not heard anything,” Williams said. “They have not heard anything. And it saddens the family here.”…
