VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY)– A man has died after drowning at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, 10 On Your Side’s Andy Fox confirmed.
According to police, officers were dispatched to 16th Street and the Boardwalk just before 7 a.m. Thursday for the report of a drowning.
