NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A Norfolk man was sentenced to six years in prison Monday for possession with intent to distribute cocaine, in addition to being a felon in possession of firearms, according to the United States Attorney.
On May 13, 2024, law enforcement performed a controlled delivery of cocaine with 46-year-old Stanley Desmarat.
According to law enforcement, Desmarat arrived in a rental vehicle and retrieved the cocaine shortly after it was delivered. He was arrested shortly afterwards…
