NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A large sinkhole has formed several feet from the front entrance of Cogans Pizza in Ghent.
The sinkhole, located at the intersection of Colonial Avenue and Washington Park, was surrounded by caution tape and traffic drums on Thursday.
