NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — There was something magical about the ebb and flow of the Chesapeake Bay. This is where Angela Johnson, an Information Science professional, turned to the heavens to ask for answers.

” I just prayed. I said, ‘Lord, if I can just get through this and I want to be able to give back in some way.” said Johnson.
