NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Seniors 62-and-up with a valid ID can visit the Virginia Zoo for free Wednesdays from Aug. 20 through Sept. 24.
This series, known as Senior Wednesdays, commemorates National Senior Citizens Day Aug 21. There will be a Bingo challenge, and those completing any five tasks in a row will receive a Zoo-themed prize.
