PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY)– A man was shot in Portsmouth early Friday morning.
According to police, officers were called to the 1000 block of Virginia Ave. just after midnight for the report of a shooting. When officers arrived, they located a man with a gunshot wound.
He was taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries…
