SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Suffolk Police are asking for the public’s help in solving a 2002 homicide.
The Suffolk Police Department said a decomposing body was found in the 200 block of Buckhorn Drive on Aug. 24, 2002. The deceased was eventually identified as Trevor Casper using dental records and fingerprints. He had been reported missing out of Chesapeake by his wife in May of that year.
