NORFOLK, Va. — The HRBT Visitor Center, officially called the HRBT Expansion Project Welcome Center, is inviting the public to learn more about the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel Expansion Project with a series of upcoming open-house events.
The center, located at 9401 4th View Street in Norfolk, provides an interactive look at the project’s technology, engineering, and history.
