Jermaine L. Gibbs,43, of Elizabeth City, was arrested on 8/26/25 by the Currituck County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit in continuation of an extensive investigation on the following charges:
- Conspiracy to Sell and Deliver Crack Cocaine (x2)
- Maintaining Vehicles for the distribution of Controlled Substances. (Three counts of trafficking fentanyl has already been served).
Currently being held under a $100k secured bond at the CCSO Detention Center.
