VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — The Virginia Beach Fire Department is investigating the cause of a boat fire Sunday afternoon on Choctaw Court.
The fire in the Indian River Estates area was reported around 12:15 p.m. Crews arrived and discovered heavy smoke coming from the rear of the house.
Once in the backyard, crews found a boat trailer on fire, which had extended to the fence and a couple of trees.
