PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — A woman was recently sentenced to nearly two years in prison after a fatal crash on Cedar Lane.
According to officials, on Aug. 29, 2025, Tiffanie Wallace was sentenced to a total of one year and eight months in prison followed by three years of supervised probation for involuntary manslaughter and driving under the influence in connection with the crash that killed her passenger, 25-year-old Khadijah Wiggins.
