Suffolk organization holds baby clothing drive to address child malnutrition

SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Suffolk Sister Cities International (SSCI) is holding a baby clothing drive through December in support of Project Peanut Butter, a global organization dedicated to fighting childhood malnutrition in developing countries.

SSCI’s goal is to collect and deliver 100 pounds of infant clothing to children in sub-Saharan Africa and other affected regions in need.

The organization asks for new or gently worn clothing for infant sizes up to 2T, including t-shirts, shorts, dresses and underpants. Winter clothing is not required…
