Police: 2 teens shot at Hampton bus during fight at bus stop

HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — Two teens were shot during a fight at a bus stop in the area of Orcutt Avenue and Friendly Drive in Hampton Tuesday afternoon, police said.

During the fight, two people displayed guns and began shooting, striking two teens, an 18-year-old man who suffered a non life-threatening gunshot wound and was taken to the hospital, and a 17-year-old boy, who suffered a graze wound and went to Sentara Careplex as a walk-in patient, according to Hampton Police.

Around 3:26 p.m., Hampton Police got a report of a shooting in the 8600 block of Orcutt Avenue, and while officers were on the way, there was a second report of a shooting at the 7-Eleven in the 4900 block of West Mercury Boulevard…
