PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – A man is in the hospital with life-threatening injuries following a shooting on the 200 block of Broad Street Tuesday afternoon, according to Portsmouth Police.
Officers say the shooting occurred around 12:17 p.m. and found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound upon arrival.
