NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Four people have been displaced after a house fire Sunday afternoon in Norfolk.
Norfolk Fire-Rescue was dispatched to the 1400 block of West 38th Street around 3 p.m.
Upon arrival, crews found a small kitchen fire with extension into the cabinets. They performed a quick offensive attack to contain and extinguish the flames.
There were no injuries reported to civilians or firefighters…
