PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — For more than 30 years, Katuria “Rose” Grant offered nutritional and emotional nourishment to the children in Portsmouth Public Schools, and anyone else on her radar.
“My mom had a beautiful smile,” said Tiffany Grant, Katuria Grant’s daughter. “She had a smile that would light up the room.”
