LANCASTER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — An arrest has been made in connection to a three-vehicle crash on Norris Bridge in Lancaster County, Va. that killed two people, including a driver from Hampton.
The crash was initially reported back in July of 2025, after Virginia State Police (VSP) responded to a crash on Robert O. Norris Jr. Bridge in Lancaster County.
