CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — A man has been arrested in connection with a shooting that injured a teenage boy Sunday morning in Chesapeake.
Officers responded to the area of Sunrise Avenue in reference to an injured minor with a gunshot wound at approximately 11:45 a.m.
