VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A man is dead after a drowning incident in Virginia Beach on Sunday.
According to officials, on Sept. 21 around 4:30 p.m., first responders were dispatched to the 1000 block of Hollins College Court for reports of a drowning.
