A 16-year-old boy has been arrested and charged after shooting a 17-year-old on Seaboard Avenue Wednesday afternoon, according to Chesapeake police.
Police say the teenager is facing the following charges:
- Two counts of attempted robbery
- Three counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony
- Aggravated malicious wounding,
- Underage possession of a firearm,
- Discharge of a firearm in a public place
- Shooting while committing a felony.
The 17-year-old, who was shot and seriously injured, is recovering, police detail.
