NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Gov. Glenn Youngkin announced Thursday that Colonna’s Shipyard Inc. (CSI) is acquiring their fourth drydock, marking an investment of over $79 million to the city of Norfolk.
The drydock #4 project is slated for delivery in 2028, allowing CSI to enhance their abilities to providing critical ship repair and maintenance services to a diverse range of maritime clients.
