NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A man was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries following a single-car crash in the 200 block of W Ocean View Ave. Saturday night, according to Norfolk police.
Officers received the call around 10:40 p.m. and learned the driver lost control of the car, causing the crash. The driver proceeded to hit a curb before hitting a Dominion Energy power box, police say.
