NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk police are looking for a man who was reported missing on Sunday, Oct. 5.
Stephon Bryant’s cousin, Mae Williams, told 13News Now he hasn’t been seen since the evening of Oct. 4, and that his phone goes straight to voicemail.
