Since August, Michael Coles has removed at least nine cars, household discards, numerous bikes, a string of Edison lights, a spool of wire, a plastic rooster and more from his lot at 27th Street and Roanoke Avenue. His friend, Wayne Parker, issued a grade for the spry 71- year old Coles.
