One of Suffolk’s biggest festivals is back, but it is closing early.
Everything was going as planned at the 47th Annual Peanut Festival at Suffolk Executive Airport Friday. However, an announcement from the festival says there will be no festivities on Sunday due to harsh weather conditions. Saturday’s festivities are seeing some changes, with one cancellation and some events being moved to an earlier time.
