NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A Norfolk judge has ordered Ronnie Nyamekye Campbell, 22, into inpatient state hospital treatment after finding him not guilty by reason of insanity in the second-degree murders of his father and grandmother in 2024, according to a news release from the Norfolk Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office.
Campbell will remain in custody pending the court’s review of his mental health progress.
