VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Two people were hurt after a vehicle crash involving a pedestrian Monday night.
According to officials, around 7:20 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 3000 block of South Lynnhaven Road for reports of two adults, a male and a female, being struck by a vehicle.
