NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – With Norfolk State’s homecoming set to commence Saturday, Oct. 25, street closures will be in place from 12 a.m. – 12 p.m. for the school’s homecoming parade.
The following streets will be closed for the parade route: Virginia Beach Boulevard at Park Avenue, Merrimac Avenue to Corprew Avenue and Corprew Avenue to Park Avenue.
NSU is requesting all parked cars along the parade route to be removed from the streets, as street parking along the parade route is not permitted…
