NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) is scheduled to appear before a Norfolk federal judge on Friday.
James is due in court to be arraigned on mortgage fraud charges. A federal grand jury indicted James earlier this month. The case centers around a home in Norfolk. She’s accused of buying the home in 2020 with the understanding that she was the sole person to live there.
