VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A Virginia man has been indicted by a grand jury to have his case moved to Virginia Beach Circuit Court after more people came forward, saying he also allegedly recorded them in a gym bathroom without their consent.
Man faces charge of recording someone in a VB Crunch Fitness restroom
Aloysius Albritton is currently in the Virginia Beach Correctional Jail, accused of recording someone in the bathroom of a Virginia Beach Crunch Fitness in late May. Search warrant paperwork describes Albritton standing on top of a toilet to look into the stall next to his, later taking out his cell phone to record the person next to him.
After his arrest, the Virginia Beach Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office said new, additional victims came forward.
The Commonwealth said they then entered a motion to temporarily withdraw charges so the original victim and new additional victims could proceed with more efficiency. The charges were then reinstated, along with the newly discovered victim’s charges, to Virginia Beach Circuit Court, according to the Commonwealth…
