NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — Four people were taken into custody in connection with the abduction of two individuals in Newport News on Thursday morning, according to police.
Officers were dispatched to the zero block of Astor Drive at approximately 6:15 a.m. for a welfare check involving a possible abduction.
