NORFOLK, Va. — Dominion Energy is providing support to customers facing financial hardship as Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits are reduced to 50 percent of eligible households’ current allotments starting Nov. 1, 2025, amid the ongoing federal government shutdown.
