NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) – The Costco warehouse in Newport News is expanding.
It is moving to the former Ferguson Enterprise headquarters building at the corner of Jefferson Ave. and Bland Blvd. Costco will be using 20-acres of the 32-acre property it purchased to build the new 163,000 square-foot retail warehouse and a fuel station.
