NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) – Police in Newport News responded to an incident that was no laughing matter, which led to a man’s arrest.
They received a call around noon on Nov. 1 about a person wearing a clown mask who was pointing a gun, in the area of Christopher Newport University.
