CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — No children were injured after a Chesapeake Public Schools bus struck a garage on Friday morning, according to police.
Police said it happened around 8:55 a.m. at the intersection of Chesapeake Drive and Rogers Street.
CPS confirmed the bus involved was #749 and that eight students from Oscar Smith Middle School were on the bus at the time of the crash. Parents were immediately notified.
The school official said the students and the bus driver were evaluated at the scene and no one reported injuries…
